The definitive investor showcase of the most scalable Calgary startups - supported by Calgary Economic Development, Scale Up Canada and the local tech ecosystem of Calgary. The goal is to highlight Calgary region’s thriving innovation economy at a global stage, and raise $100 million in capital for region’s startups.

These are Calgary based startups with the following characteristics:

  1. Canada-made innovation with high potential for global commercialization and export

  2. Positive impact on the world towards environment, food security, health outcomes etc.

  3. High potential for advancing and strengthening the local economy

Scale Up Canada’s mission is to establish and enhance Canada as a source of world class innovation, and help accelerate success for high potential Canadian startups by providing them access and intros to investors and strategic customers at a global scale.
